Taking a new position, whether it is your first in your new field, or transitioning to new position the same or at a different institution, requires faculty and staff to figure out a great deal quickly, including how to effectively teach and juggle other professional responsibilities. This session will provide helpful information whether you are in year one, year five, or beyond.  Panelists will discuss tips and best practice resources that will help you to grow as an educator, to innovate in your individual area of performance, and to provide guidance on how to grow through collaboration and sharing good practices with colleagues. Scholarship recipients will also share their experiences and lessons learning on serving in the role of an early career faculty/staff member.
